Vendor Committee
Support our fabulous vendors and help create a vibrant festival marketplace! The Vendor Committee is dedicated to ensuring every vendor—whether they’re serving up delicious food, showcasing unique products, or sharing community resources—has a smooth, successful, and enjoyable experience at Adobo Throwdown LA.
What We Do:
Vendor Outreach: Connect with local businesses, artisans, food vendors, and community organizations to invite them to be part of the event. Share event details, answer questions, and guide vendors through the application and registration process.
Booth Setup & Teardown: Assist vendors with setting up their booths, signage, and equipment before the festival begins. At the end of the event, help with efficient and organized booth breakdown and load-out.
Vendor Support: Serve as the main point of contact for vendors throughout the day. Answer questions, troubleshoot any issues, coordinate logistics, and make sure vendors have everything they need to succeed.
Marketplace Coordination: Help manage booth layouts, vendor check-in, and overall flow to ensure a lively, accessible, and guest-friendly marketplace environment.
If you’re friendly, organized, and love supporting small businesses and local talent, join the Vendor Committee and help make Adobo Throwdown LA an unforgettable experience for everyone!
